I just love the days that Lara and Mia's schools have planned for them. Victorian Day was fun, but I'm especially pleased that the kiddos get to partake in Tudor Day. Over the course of a couple of months, the kids learn a ton about the way people lived in the time of Henry VIII and then they get to go on a fantastic day out with authentic food, lessons and demonstrations on this particular way of life.

I can't wait til they get back this afternoon. I'm sure our dinner talk will be taken over by talk of Henry VIII and his wives and how 16th century people lived. Yay! Just my kind of dinner conversation! :)
